1. Return the truck to stock using the Tuner
2. Take the truck in for service
3. Once you get the truck back you can now program the tune back in. Note: If the download is not successful, it means that the dealership put new information on the vehicle that the download does not recognize. If this happens, please contact our Technical Support Team using the "Contact Support" button below. Please make sure that you have your device, vehicle, and access to a PCM computer.
