How Long do RMA's Take?

    The time frame for repairs is 7-10 business days from the time our returns team receives it. At times it will be longer due to high volume or holiday closures. If you have an email on file you will be notified of the device coming back to you when it is ready to ship. 


    *Federal holidays that FedEx observes as well as closures for our company during Holidays will delay shipments.


    We will be closed to observe the following holidays:

    • New Year’s Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Day After Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Day
