Can I Drop my Item off at your Office to be Repaired?

    At Derive Systems, the health of our customers, team members, and communities is a top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and team members as the situation continues to evolve.

    We are exercising an abundance of caution to minimize any contribution to the spread of the virus by implementing corporate-wide guidelines to protect our employees, their families, and the customers we engage with daily.

    Our employees will practice healthy habits and are already adept in remote work and virtual collaboration. We have canceled large gatherings and are pausing any non-essential business travel.

    We are also limiting visitors to all of our office locations. If you require a visit to one of our office locations, you are required to get approval in advance.  

    We recognize that our team must police themselves to prevent further spread of the virus and encourage them to stay home is they exhibit any symptoms as described by the World Health Organization (WHO) which include Fever, Fatigue, Dry Cough and Aches.
