Generally, the biggest difference between the Livewire TS+ and the X4 is that the X4 is generally used as a handheld device. Meaning you tune the car and then put it away, while the Livewire TS + comes with a mounting system so that you have a heads-up display of the gauges. Occasionally the tuning options do differ a little from one another.
