After the initial install has been completed with the Triple Dog Diesel Downloader, the device will ask you what power level you would like to run. If you get to a point that says the device is sending power level but then freezes on that screen you will need to do the following.
1. Unplug the device
2. Start the vehicle and let the engine run
3. With the vehicle running plug the Triple Dog back in
4. The device will power up to the On the Fly screen
5. Using the up and down arrow keys, scroll to your desired power level and press the Y key, the screen will blink
At this point, the vehicle is on the power level you selected and you are able to unplug the Triple Dog.
