No, all physical Chips and/or Tuning Devices MUST be removed before tuning with any SCT or Bully Dog Devices.
If you do this, you could have performance issues, vehicle damage, lose your vehicle's stock calibration or cause a no-start condition meaning the vehicle no longer starts.
