- Make sure to correctly select the datalog file that matches your vehicle type.
- Make sure the device is not in demo mode: From the main menu go to (Device Settings). Scroll to the bottom and you will see demo mode, make sure it says disabled, or off.
- If those things do not correct the issue, you can try performing a "Factory Reset". To do this go to the main menu, then select "Device Settings" and select "Factory Reset". Note: if you perform a factory reset it will delete any custom tunes that are loaded to the device.
