- Check the battery voltage. To do this go to Device Info from the main menu, then make sure that Vbatt is above 11.7. If not, charge the vehicle's battery.
- Check to see if the device is out of date. Click here for instructions on updating.
- If your battery voltage is above 11.7 and the Device Updater says your device is up to date and there are no updates available, then try turning the ignition key check off. To do this go into device settings from the main menu, then change the "Ignition Key Check" to "None". Once you do that try downloading the tune again.
