Is it possible to download my tune files from the tuner and save them onto my computer?

Unfortunately, no, there is no way for you to download a tune file from your device to your Windows PC. We suggest asking your custom tuning dealer for a copy of your tunes so that you can reload them to your device in the event of a failure.
