How Do I Return my Device?

    We're sorry to hear that you are wanting to return your product. If the device was purchased directly from us, then you can contact our sales department to get an RMA # and pre-approval for the return. There is the possibility that a 25% restocking fee will apply. Ask sales for details. 

    Additional fee's and final approval of receiving a credit for your device will be set after we have received the product back from you

    If you purchased your device from a third party, you will need to contact the company you purchased it from to inquire about the return. *Return policies vary per company.


    Devices must be in new condition with all packaging and components included and unmarried.
